What are our expectations of those that camp with us?Shady Acres Rules:
REGISTRATION: Check in time is 2 pm to 8 pm, and check out time is noon. All guests will receive a copy of these RV Park rules upon registration. License Agreement must be signed upon check in and a copy of a valid drivers license or id given.
RENTAL: Rates are by day, week or 30-day period and must be paid in advance. We accept cash or debit/credit cards. No personal checks accepted. Minimum stay two nights.
WIFI: Available for personal use only, for phones and computers. No TV hookup or business use.
ELECTRICAL: Electrical usage is included in the rental rate. Large campers with multiple air conditioners or large use campers may be charged additional.
HEAT: Must heat campers with propane during winter months. No Electric heaters allowed.
QUIET TIME: Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 7 am Sunday through Thursday and 11 pm to 7 am Friday and Saturday.
PETS: Pets must be on a hand held leash, in kennel or tied up any time they are outside. Clean up after your pet and dispose of properly. No pets left unattended outside. If you leave your pet in camper be sure to notify Camp Host and leave a number where you can be reached in case of power outage or another emergency.
PONDS: Do not swim, fish or throw things in ponds. Do not allow children to play near ponds without adult supervision.
DRIVING: Speed limit is 10 mph. Drive on roads only. Park only in designated spots. Only two vehicles allowed per site; including guests. No additional trailers allowed.
CAMPSITE: Only campers’ year 2010 and newer allowed on premises. Fast dissolving, clog resistant, biodegradable/septic tank safe RV toilet paper ONLY to be put in camper and bathhouse toilets. Keep campsite clean and put trash in receptacles. No personal items left in grass.
BATHHOUSE: Clean up after yourself. No washing dishes in bathhouses. No smoking in bathhouses. No feminine hygiene products in toilets.
LAUNDRY: Washer & Dryer available to use - no soap or softeners provided. Be sure to clean up after use.
CAMPFIRES: Campfires in fire rings only. No bonfires. Disassembling fire pits not allowed. No unattended fires.
MAIL: No personal mail delivery to the property.
WEATHER RADIO: Recommend NOAA Weather Radio and application into online Code Red program.
SECURITY: Security Cameras in use.
DRUGS: No illegal drugs allowed on premises.
NO FIREWORKS: No fireworks allowed on premises.
CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY:
Cancellations: 2-29 nights: $50 cancellation charge if given a two-week notice. No two-week notice - no refund. 30 Nights or longer: $250 cancellation charge if given a two-week notice. Again, No two-week notice - no refund.
